The nose is packed with black cherry, strawberry and peppercorn notes and continues to get better with more air.  The palate is dense abut lively with flavors of blueberry, clove and an uplifting citrus note on the super long finish. For this beauty, brine a pork chop, fire it on the grill, and serve over a bed of wilted swiss chard – do not skimp on the garlic!
